Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a return or exchange. Defective returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. If the item was damaged in transit, keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for inspection. Photographs may be requested. We will contact you with further instructions.

Lost or Missing Items

Please check your email shipping confirmation for order and tracking details. If you are a registered customer, you can also log in to My Account to view your order status. Be sure all of the items in your order shipped. If your items shipped, click on the tracking number link to confirm delivery. If your package was delivered and you never received it or an item is missing, please contact us for assistance.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Custom orders are excluded, unless Shakespeare's Attic was in error.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Shakespeare's Attic. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. We recommend proof of delivery for your protection. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

We do not refund shipping, unless Shakespeare's Attic was in error. If the item included "free shipping," actual shipping costs will be deducted from the total price.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after receipt of the item. Items may be exchanged for store merchandise of the same or greater value for an additional shipping charge.
