Hubert Bernard is one of the many fine artisans who create steel oil drum art in Croix-des-Bouquets, a northern suburb of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.

Hubert is a master craftsman in Haiti. Over the years, he has taught countless students the art of creating sculptures from recycled oil drums in his workshop. Some of his students include Cineus Louime, Thenor Evenson, Winzor Gouin, and Guy Duval. His workshop is always bustling with young apprentices eager to learn. When asked how many people he taught over the years, he smiles and says "Oh, too many to count!"
